Day 9

What do you normally eat?

I am on the slim fast diet atm just to help me regulate my food intake so it’s a little more structured!

Breakfast - Replacement meal bar

Snack - Apple w/ cinnamon 

Lunch - Replacement shake

Snack - Special K bar, Carrot sticks

Dinner - Quorn meat, veggies, rice / Half a healthy handmade pizza / Quorn lasagne

Snack - Yoghurt

I’m really struggling right now. My dinner meal doesn’t have that many calories in it however it’s fear foods + a mission of spices for me to overcome :( I don’t care if I’m not hungry though, I must finish it! C’mon Anna!!
